NOA Sensitises Mile 12 Traders on Sanitation, Protection of Public Infrastructure

The National Orientation Agency (NOA), Kosofe Local Government Area, has sensitised traders at the Potato Market in Tundaas/Owoseni Market Complex, Mile 12, on environmental sanitation and the protection of public infrastructure.

Leading the exercise, the Community Orientation and Mobilisation Officer for Kosofe LGA, Mrs Ego Anyanechi, urged traders to keep the market clean and dispose of waste properly.

Mrs Emem Udoh James, the agency’s officer for Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, advised traders to protect government facilities and other public assets within the community.

Also speaking, the officer for Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Ms Oluwakemi Adedapo, stressed that maintaining a clean environment and preserving public facilities require collective responsibility.

The sensitisation exercise, held at the market complex along Ikorodu Road, formed part of the agency’s ongoing campaign to promote responsible environmental practices and safeguard public assets.
