Eligibility Criteria:

• Residency in Ikosi Isheri LCDA.
• Minimum age of 16 or above by November 2023.
• Exclusion of SS1 and SS2 students.
• Parents or guardians not permitted at the screening venue.

General Requirements:

• NIN CARD
• Photocopy of O'Level result (if available)
• One passport photograph

Screening Details:

• Date: 5th and 6th of February 2024.
• Time: 9 am - 4 pm Daily
• Venue: Akintunde - Stainless Campaign Office (6E Adekunle Banjo Street, Magodo Phase 2, Lagos)
